Each of our homes have the impression of being much larger that they are in reality. Each visitor will enter a huge room of 21'x32' with amazing 15' ceiling structure.

It is the intention of Woolman-Ferrell LLC. to construct high quality "cottage homes" in
The Coves at Bird Island. We intend to bring a historic quality to the homes. The floor
plans
will be based on the concept of a huge "great room" with a corresponding secondary
bedroom addition and a seperate master bedroom addition.

A little bit about our company:
Woolman-Ferrell is very excited about this project. We are confident that there is a substantial demand for higher quality construction on large lots on Oklahoma's premier waterfront commmunities.
The subdividion offers golf, tennis, swimming pool, 24 hour security, club house and numerous other amenities.
There are added benefits of having excellent access to the lake and Cherokee Yacht Club. We will be offering complimentary golf memberships (a $2,500 value) and a one-year membership to Cherokee Yacht Club to all buyers of our homes. |

We have designed basically four plans. Each plan is very similar but unique to itself.
We will offer two styles, one will be "English" and one will be "Rustic."
Both varities will offer an option of porches or courtyards. When this variable is combined with a variation of floor plan arrangement and exterior finishes --out potential "unique" elevations will be numerous. |
